With all my excitement you’d think I’m getting a new pair of shoes or a new car, it’s better than that! Okay, maybe not better than da shoes (ha!). In just a couple of hours I’ll be the proud new owner of a couple of doors for my home office. I know, I know, I don’t aim very high do I? I have an office gallery away from home where I meet with clients and occasionally work, but being a homeschool mommie, the bulk of my work is done in house (pun intended). This room was used as a sitting area but recently I decided to make it an office. As you can see in the pictures our home is very “open” and the whole downstairs has travertine. Whenever I made a phone call I had to drag paperwork upstairs so that peeps wouldn’t hear the occasional squak from our conure, barking from Mozart our pomeranean, instruments playing in the background, or my sweet, adorable girls arguing, yes, my little blessings (gritted teeth) do argue occasionally. Looking forward to having a place in the house where it’s quiet. Okay, gotta go watch the progress! I’ll post an after shot later. Sorry to disappoint, no slideshow, hehe.
